Senior Lawyer

Álvaro has a Law Degree from the Miguel Hernández University in Elche. After completing his degree, he collaborated with prestigious law firms located in the province of Alicante. Before founding PALAO BERNABEU ABOGADOS, he worked in the legal department of Inaer-Babcock Spain, leading international company in the aviation sector of emergency services, at its headquarters located in Alicante.

In 2016, Álvaro decided to found the law firm PALAO BERNABEU ABOGADOS, dedicated to civil law, administrative law and international public law, which, since 2018, includes the areas of intellectual property and new technologies.

He is a specialist in civil law, administrative law and international public law.

Álvaro participated in several specialization courses in the subjects in which he provides advice, given by the School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association of Elche. He also participates in the European Program of Action in the Field of Lifelong Learning for the study and specialization on the rights of the individual within the European Union.

Member of the Bar Association of Elche (ICAE).
